For complete registration, in addition to the form provided here, the following applies:

• EU citizens only need to submit the registration form.

• Non-EU citizens (including Swiss citizens) must also submit a copy of a valid passport.

Submitting the JRC form is mandatory for complete registration. This is your own responsibility. Only the "Personal and Professional Information" section of the JRC form needs to be completed.

Registration deadline:
The deadline for registration is 6 weeks in advance, i.e., October 6, 2026 .
For participants from outside the EU (including Switzerland):

Anniversary event:
The anniversary celebration “60 Years of Hot Cells” will take place at the JRC on November 17th and 18th, 2026.
